This month's release brings three things straight from your feedback: Digital downloads — resources and one-pagers now live in the library as a non-course content type, and can be added as a step in any learning path. Events, rebuilt — agenda and calendar views, live seat counts, waiting lists and one-tap RSVP for learners; a proper multi-step builder and session rosters for admins. Community — this space. Ask questions, share what's working and follow announcements without leaving the Academy.

This is your go-to space for the latest updates from the Academy team: product launches, community news, event invites and the occasional perk. We'll keep things short, sweet and relevant so you never miss a beat. Turn on notifications for this space — highly recommended.

Welcome aboard. Three things to do first: complete Academy 101, introduce yourself in the Community, and RSVP to an upcoming event. Everything you need is on the left rail. If you get stuck, ask in Ask & Share — someone always answers.

We run 14 sites and each one has slightly different compliance requirements. Right now we duplicate a path per site, which is a maintenance headache. Curious whether anyone is combining a shared core path with site-specific downloads instead?

Switching Events into calendar view and stepping through the next three months made it obvious we had four sessions in the same week and nothing in October.

Two weeks into an L&D coordinator role and already leaning on the compliance one-pagers. Hoping to pick up reporting tips here.

The sequence we use: pilot with one site, fix the content, auto-enroll by role, then let reminders do the work. Reporting cadence weekly for the first month.
